  6. This file contains additional information to supplement the 
  7. products.  Please read through all the sections carefully.

  10. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
  11. -------------------
  12. PixMaker Lite and PixScreen 1.0 run on Windows 95/98/NT/2000
  13. with Internet Explorer 4.0/5.0 installed.

  16. Windows 95
  17. ----------
  18. For Windows 95 users, it is recommended that Internet Explorer 
  19. 4.0/5.0 is installed on their system.  For early versions of 
  20. Windows 95, the software will not work properly due to older
  21. version of system files.  This problem can be solved by 
  22. updating the system files using the service pack vbrun60sp3.exe
  23. provided by Microsoft.

  26. Windows 98
  27. ----------
  28. For users of PixMaker Lite 1.0.4 & 1.0.5, it is recommended that 
  29. Internet Explorer 5.0 be installed on their system.  For users with
  30. having Windows 98 with Internet Explorer 4.0 installed on their
  31. system, there will be a problem accessing secure sites after
  32. installing PixMaker Lite.  This is due to a newer version of
  33. the system file Wininet.dll that is upgraded during the
  34. installation and this will caused incompatibility to user of
  35. IE4.0.  This problem can be fixed by upgrading to IE5.0.

  37. PixMaker Lite 1.0.6 fixed this problem.

  41. Windows NT/2000
  42. ---------------
  43. In version 1.0.4 or 1.0.5 of PixMaker Lite, there is a serious 
  44. problem when running on Windows NT, which causes the system to
  45. crash.  This is due to some system files that are distributed to
  46. support Windows 95.  This problem is fixed in version 1.0.6 in
  47. which these files are removed from the installation.
